We are currently not offering refunds or exchanges.
Damaged Items:
We want to ensure a happy shopping experience! If your item(s) arrive damaged please take detailed pictures, within three days of receiving it, and email them to us at [email protected]. We will respond with follow up options (including but not limited to, sending another pair, a discount code for future orders, or a combination of the two). We thank you for your patience and understanding in these situations.
Shipping Information:
Items that are listed as custom made or made to order may be subject to a two week turn around time.
Orders are shipped out every Wednesday, life permitting.
